P!nk duets with Keith Urban on his new single 'One Too Many'

P!nk Keith Urban One Too Many

International icon P!NK and GRAMMY Award winner, Keith Urban have released their first-ever duet together, ‘One Too Many’, taken from Urban’s brand new album, THE SPEED OF NOW Part 1.

‘One Too Many’ is one of the most anticipated musical events of the year. It pairs together two of the most successful and well-respected artists in the world, both known for their combustible talents.

“I’ve always loved P!NK’s voice,” says Urban. “Her artistry and her multi-faceted ability to create, and her God-given talent, truly makes her one of the greatest voices of our time.”
— Keith Urban

The slinky soul-pop deliciousness of “One Too Many,” was originally written as a duet and Urban “couldn’t have pictured anyone else’s voice on the song.” But the COVID lockdown presented its challenges. Urban and P!NK were not only forced to piece together the recording, they found themselves at opposite sides of the globe – P!NK from Los Angeles and Urban from Sydney – for filming of the music video.

The multi-million selling global pop icon P!NK will be honoured with the prestigious Outstanding Contribution to Music Award at this year’s ceremony. P!NK will be the first international artist to receive this award.

Seven studio albums and one greatest hits album on since her debut in 2000, totalling over 60 million global sales, over 8 million in the UK alone along with over 12 million UK single sales, P!NK is a musical force to be reckoned with. P!nk honoured with Hollywood Walk of Fame star

P!nk_WoF_2560x1200.jpg

Yesterday saw P!nk honoured with her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. On accepting the award she said:

“This is surreal. It has been a trip lately thinking back over the course of this career I’ve somehow managed to have. I signed my first record deal 23 years ago," said the Grammy-winning artist to the crowd watching her accept the honour.

"I have achieved exactly what I wanted to achieve. Because I always knew what my strong points were. I don’t sell sex, I don’t sell perfume, I’m not the prettiest, I’m not the best. I’m f–king hard-looking and I have enough talent and I work on my f–king craft and I put my head down and I win. And I charge and I charge and I charge. And I don’t give up. So when I wasn’t selling records, I was still selling out arenas. I didn’t need to win any popularity contests; I wanted to be a f–king touring artist and I wanted to be great at what I did. And at almost 40 years old, I can say I’m great at what I do," she added.
