The red carpet will be out tonight as Elton John and David Furnish visit the Victoria Palace Theatre to see Billy Elliott’s 3000th West End performance.
Elton will join the cast and crew after the show for a small celebration after tonight’s show.
The multi award winning musical premiered in London in 2005 and in its first year four Laurence Olivier Awards including Best New Musical.
Elton begins his UK tour in Taunton on Sunday before he performs at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert on Monday. He will join stars including Sir Paul McCartney, Kylie Minogue, Sir Cliff Richard and Dame Shirley Bassey at the show at Buckingham Palace.
He then continues his UK tour around the UK ending in Blackpool at the new Tower Festival Headland on June 16.
